Property Management Services
We are a full-service company that provides continuous marketing and advertising. We place a post sign with flyers if allowed. We advertise both in community publications and on the Internet. Our listings are also placed on the Realtors Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
All prospective tenants are screened. An outside agency provides us with the applicant’s credit history and criminal background.
We perform move-in and move-out inspections and document the property condition with photographs. We will coordinate necessary repairs, maintenance, and cleaning, using our database of reliable and cost-effective service providers.
All leases are prepared by the law office of Heist, Weisse & Davis, P.A. in order to ensure compliance with the law and provide maximum protection to property owners.
Rents are collected monthly, and owners receive payments and account statements promptly. The owner’s check can be mailed to the owner or deposited in a local bank account.
We post legal notices, such as three-day notices, when necessary.
