Eric Petty, Broker, is a native of Minnesota. He has owned five small businesses. He also served as a Minnesota Senator for six years and held management positions, including Director of Corporate Development, for telecommunications carriers.
In addition to holding a Florida Real Estate Broker license and being a Realtor, Eric is a Certified Public Accountant (Florida), a Certified Merger and Acquisition Advisor, and a member of Business Brokers of Florida. He holds an MBA degree with a major in Finance from the Wharton School of Business at University of Pennsylvania and a BA degree in Political Science from Occidental College.
Eric resides in Safety Harbor and has a teenage son, John.
Eric’s primary responsibility is to ensure that Coldwell Banker Action Realty succeeds by maintaining the highest professional standards and serving the needs of its customers and the community. He is also available for advice on matters such as business, finance, taxation, and regulation.
