I started my real estate career over 15 years ago in Cleveland, Ohio. I chose to be affiliated with Coldwell Banker as the company that has the same high degree of integrity that I value. To continue as a Sales Agent when I moved to Florida, I had to study and pass the Florida test to have this additional license as well as the Ohio license. I hold numerous designations such as GRI and ABR as well as belonging to the West Pasco Board of Realty. I serve on the Grievance Committee there. This extra training has provided me with additional expertise and knowledge to serve my clients better and give them guidance for their decisions.
Advancing my business career in the beginning. I conducted seminars that I titled "Home Selling Seminars" to provide information necessary in today's market place. My Clients have told me how valuable these seminars have been. This knowledge was to help my clients to make better choices for their personal Real Estate needs. This led to my first million dollar status as a business accomplishment.
